Our curriculum is built around basic skills and progressive drills that emphasize movement, teamwork, and fun:

  • Stick Handling – Learn how to cradle, pass, and catch
  • Ground Balls – Teaching hustle and proper technique
  • Shooting and Scoring – Safe, fun ways to fire on goal
  • Footwork and Agility – Balance, coordination, and movement
  • Small-Sided Games – Fast-paced, low-pressure play
